Add existing user as a sub account

If members of your organization already have StrongSpas.com user accounts, you may request to add them to your existing, primary user account by completing the form below.

The benefit of adding sub users to your primary account is that you may view all the orders relating to your organization as well as be able to set the permissions of the activities of your sub users.

Complete the information below and our dealer support staff will add your users to your account. If you wish to add new users, that do not currently have a user account on StrongSpas.com, please visit your Dealer Dashboard My Account and click “Subaccounts”. There you will find a “New subaccount button”.

Please provide the email address of the user account you wish to add as a subaccount to your primary user account.
Add the user name of the user that you wish to add as a subuser to your primary user account.
